Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Trakyo. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders. By placing an order on trakyo.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in India. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
2.1 Domestic (India)
We ship to all states and union territories within India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination:
• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote areas and North-East states: 7–12 business days
2.2 International Shipping
At this time, Trakyo ships exclusively within India. International shipping is not currently available. We aim to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a minimum order value, as communicated during promotional periods on our website.
All shipping fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
4. SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor the status of your delivery. You can also track your order by logging into your account on trakyo.com.
If you experience any issues with tracking or have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@trakyo.com.
5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND FAILED DELIVERIES
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, your order may be returned to us. In such cases:
• We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply)
• If we are unable to reach you within 7 days, the order may be cancelled and a refund issued for the product value (excluding original shipping charges)
Please ensure that an accurate and complete delivery address is provided at checkout. Trakyo is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
6. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please:
• Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product
• Contact us at hello@trakyo.com within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide your order number and photographs for investigation
We will work with our courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Replacement or refund options will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will initiate a trace with the courier. Investigations may take up to 10 business days to resolve.
7. DELAYS
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
• High-volume periods (festivals, sales events)
• Natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Courier partner delays outside our control
