Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on the basis of a change of mind. However, we are committed to ensuring that every customer receives a product that meets the standard described on our website.
If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please review the exceptions below.
2. EXCEPTIONS – WHEN WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
2.1 Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@trakyo.com with:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the defect or damage
• Photographs of the damaged product and packaging
Upon verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
• A replacement product dispatched at no additional cost
• A full or partial refund to your original payment method
2.2 Incorrect Product Received
If you received a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be dispatched or issue a full refund.
2.3 Non-Delivery
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window and has been confirmed as lost by our courier partner, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
• Products purchased on sale or during promotional events (unless defective)
• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Products returned without prior authorisation from our team
4. REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of our verification. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We will notify you by email once your refund has been initiated.
